一：站内信处理的基本原则

1.批发的站内信消息优先处理。抓住一个老客户，有时候可以顶你一天的销售额，要把更多的精力放在批发订单上，争取拿下批发订单。

2.如实回答，切勿忽悠。客户询问产品的相关功能，知道就是知道，不知道就是不知道，不确定就说不知道，一旦你说了可以支持，结果买回去用不了，纠纷退全款，妥妥的。(客户要懂产品+物流+销售等等)

二：站内信分类及具体方法

2.1 产品问题

询问外观相关(尺寸，颜色等)
